The first sign of getting OC again is itching, on the feet and hands.  Last time it didn't bother my hands so much, but my feet were so itchy I would drag them along the rug in the middle of the night just to make them feel a little better.

As the weather has started to improve (touch wood), Jack and I have spent a lot more time out and about, down the beach and in the garden mainly.
